What is a virtual run?

You can run, jog, or walk your own virtual challenge, at your own pace, from any location you choose.
You choose your own start time, as long as it falls within the 8 days of Run for Hope

Select your mode (run or walk) and then select the distance you want to cover.

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation of your registration via email.
Please check if all details are correct.

When Run for Hope starts on 1 October 2022, your virtual challenge also starts.
You can start at any time of the day.
You can use any fitness watch or device to track your run.
When you have completed your run, send us a photo of your watch, Strava, Garmin connect or other app, showing your distance and time.

Race options

Virtual Run

360km - the same distance which Christo has to complete
180km - 22.5 km per day
90km - 11.25 km per day
45km - 5.63 km per day

Virtual Walk

80km - 10 km per day
60km - 7.5 km per day
40km - 5 km per day
20km - 2.5 km per day

Badges

Every participant will receive a badge. This is included in your fee.
When you have completed your selected distance, we will post your badge or you can collect it at the collection point. Please understand that some mail services may take a few days longer.
When your badge is ready for collection / delivery (allow 4 weeks for processing) we will send you an email with the details.

Members of running clubs receive a 10% discount. Obtain the Promo Code from your club
